Tipton to receive government advocacy award International Dairy Foods Association CEO Connie Tipton has been named the recipient of 2014 Business-Government Relations Award, given by the Bryce Harlow Foundation to individuals who have excelled as advocacy professionals. The Washington, D.C.-based foundation is named after legendary lobbyist Bryce Harlow.
